Is there a payment plan available?
Yes. During the checkout section, select the “Partial.ly” payment option.  This option will allow you to choose your deposit and flexible payment plan.

What is all included in the price?
Our pricing includes ALL taxes and port fees. Gratuities will be left up to the individual cruisers. Our price also includes entry into all of our private events and access to our discounts on and off the ship.

When will we receive our confirmation numbers for the cruise?
Once your cabin is paid in full (by all roommates), we will send over your confirmation numbers.

Are there any refunds?
Payments for Urban Cruise Weekend are non-refundable. There are no refunds on deposits or packages. However, you can purchase travel insurance at a very low price in the event you are no longer able to attend.

What is the payment deadline?
February 28th, 2018 is the deadline for all payments (unless previous arrangements are made.)

What time should I be at the port?
The earliest time you can board is 12:30 pm. You must board by 3 pm. If you are not on board by 3 pm you will need to contact Carnival’s travel hotline ( (877) 885-4856 ) by 2:45 pm in order to board. In that case, you will need to provide them with your booking number.

Where do I park when I get to the port?
Parking at the port is $45 for the 4-day cruise. Go here for more information www.portofgalveston.com.

Can I change my room?
Room Changes (quad to triple, triple to double, etc…), incur a $150 change/cancellation fee. (charged by Carnival). In the event that your package has to be adjusted (addition/loss of a roommate), it will be adjusted at the current package rates. We can not book your room until we know who all of your roommates are and their dates of birth. You can go here to fill out the necessary information we need for the cruise.

When does the early bird special end?
The early bird special with below market prices ends on 9/22/2018. If you have/had a roommate that hasn’t initiated a payment on or before 10/1/2018, they will be subject to the new prices.

Where can I check my information for the cruise?
Once Confirmations are emailed out, each guest is responsible for checking the accuracy of the information on the Carnival website, and requesting any changes/updates (i.e. spelling of the name(s), date(s) of birth, bed request(s), etc.).

Are there any fees or penalties for missing a payment?
If for any reason automatic payments are skipped a $75 fee will be charged.

I am coming by myself, but don’t see a single room option. How do I get a solo room?
Solo rooms are available, however, you will need to pay the price listed on the double.

What is the latest I can make roommate changes?
Absolutely no roommate changes will be accepted after February 1st. Each participant is responsible for keeping up with their own payments, and missed payments and will be subject to late fees.

I am coming by myself but would still like a roommate. Any suggestions?
Roommates can be found on our Facebook Page or our Mobile App. We are not responsible for roommates.
