Urban Camp Weekend – Fall / October 2025
Welcome to the largest camping event in the world!
Imagine you and your friends at a house party or backyard BBQ… now add tents, games, food, DJs, surprise events, outdoor activities, and an open bar. That is Urban Camp Weekend.
This is not your average camping trip. It is the best camping experience you will ever have.
Important: Early sign-up and early arrival are strongly encouraged. Due to capacity limits, ticket prices increase periodically. Secure your spot early, including the optional Thursday early-arrival ticket. We look forward to seeing you in June and October.
Tour Agenda
Thursday — October 16, 2025
Location: 3131 FM 1252, Kilgore, Texas
1:00 PM – 10:00 PM — Early Arrival
Check in at the front guard booth with your ID. If you rented an RV through RVshare, it may already be on-site. Thursday is for setting up and getting settled. After registration, you may park and set up your tent.
Note: Thursday is the ONLY day you may drive directly to your campsite to unload. On all other days, vehicles must be parked in designated areas.
Later that evening, DJs and staff will run sound checks, which often turn into a lively pre-party.
Friday — October 17, 2025

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM — Tent Set-Up
Set up your tent and feel free to help a neighbor.
Reminder: Tickets must be purchased online. No on-site payments at camp or registration.
12:00 PM – 6:30 PM — Games & Activations
Field games, volleyball, and surprise activities.
5:00 PM – 7:00 PM — Meet & Greet + Happiest Hour
6:30 PM – 7:30 PM — Line Dance with MeMe
Southern soul and hip-hop inspired line dance routines.
8:00 PM – 11:00 PM — Movie Night & Karaoke
11:00 PM – 3:30 AM — Toga Party

All Day — Open Access
Day passes available for Saturday-only guests. Vendors may apply on our website.

New to camping? No worries. Urban Camp Weekend is designed for mature adults (no kids or pets). We welcome couples, singles, newly divorced guests, and everyone ready to have a good time.
Are there payment plans available?
Yes. Payment plan options are available at checkout.
Can I earn money by promoting Urban Camp Weekend?
Yes. Through our partnership with POSH, you can earn by sharing your personal “Kickback” link.

Each ticket sold through your link credits your POSH balance. Transfer earnings to your bank via Stripe after a quick setup.

I can’t find my tickets or confirmation emails
Bring your government-issued ID to registration. All attendees must show ID at check-in. Tickets are linked to your name.
What airport should I fly into?
Closest: Dallas (DFW or DAL) and Shreveport (SHV). Other options: Austin (AUS) and San Antonio (SAT).

Can I purchase a ticket once I arrive?
No. Tickets must be purchased in advance. No on-site ticket sales. Guests without wristbands will be removed. If your wristband breaks, bring it to registration for replacement.
Will I receive a ticket via email or mail?
You will receive an email confirmation after purchase from one of the following: info@urbaneventsglobal.com, staff@urbaneventsglobal.com, WooCommerce, or Authorize.net. No physical tickets are mailed. Bring your ID to check-in.
Are refunds or transfers available?
No refunds. General admission tickets may be transferred to another person or a future UCW/UEG event for $65. Deadline: 45 days before the event. Email info@urbaneventsglobal.com for transfers. Tickets purchased on payment plans, or already transferred/promoted, are non-transferable.
Group tickets or discounts?
Groups of 20+ receive 20% off when paid in full. Email info@urbaneventsglobal.com for details.
When is the deadline, and does the price change?
Tickets are sold year-round. Prices may increase on the 1st of each month depending on availability.
Can I rent or bring an RV?
Yes. Rentals: RVShare, Outdoorsy, RVezy, GoRVRentals. Email info@urbaneventsglobal.com with (1) RV size, (2) amp requirement, (3) arrival date and time, (4) rental company and reservation number. The renter must be present on-site to receive the RV and complete the walk-through.Bringing your own RV is allowed. Additional fees apply. All guests in the RV must have general admission tickets. Limited hookups. Dry campers must supply water and generators.
Early arrival and parking
Friday arrivals: 9:00 AM. Thursday early-bird passes: available online. Monday–Wednesday arrivals: pay $20/person to the campground or via CashApp ($BlackTravelTube). Follow staff instructions. Vehicles must be parked in designated areas. Only Thursday allows brief unloading at campsites.
Security, rules, and conduct
Armed security is present 24/7. Rules: no pets, no firearms, campfires only in designated rings, 21+ only, respect others, no refunds. UCW is a safe space. Harassment, violence, or offensive behavior is not tolerated; violators are removed without refund.
Amenities & what to pack
Covered showers on-site. Bring tents, chairs, grills, fans, toiletries, coolers, bug spray, and comfort items. Food vendors are on-site; you may also bring food or dine in the city. We camp rain or shine. In rare cancellations, we email options. Alcohol: you may bring your own; free drinks are offered at most events.
