Description

The tent and cot/mattress rental will include a 4-person pop-up tent (usually 55 to 65 square feet or measuring 8 x 7.5 feet) and a cot or air mattress approximately 30 inches wide by 75 inches long. The mattresses and cots are designed for one person and may vary slightly in length and width. The pop-up tents are typically easy to assemble in less than 10 minutes.

Upon arrival at registration, you will pick up your tent and cot and will be responsible for setting them up. At the conclusion of the event, you are welcome to leave everything in place; however, we kindly request that you ensure the area is left clean. Rest assured, we will have a dedicated team available to handle the disassembly and packing of all rental equipment. Your cooperation in maintaining cleanliness is greatly appreciated. While we do not impose restrictions on the number of occupants in your tent, we advise considering that a 4-person pop-up tent is most comfortable for two individuals. We recommend against exceeding this capacity for optimal comfort and enjoyment during your stay.
