Yes. During the checkout section, select the “Partial.ly” payment option. This option will allow you to choose your deposit and flexible payment plan. Any plan that’s in default will be canceled, or they may be a $50 fee to reinstate it.
You will receive 3 emails and 3 attempts to make payments before the plan defaults.
Our pricing includes ALL taxes and port fees. Gratuities will be left up to the individual cruisers. Our price also includes entry into all of our private events and access to our discounts on and off the ship.
Once your cabin is paid in full (by all roommates), we will send over your confirmation numbers.
Payments for Urban Cruise Weekend are non-refundable. There are no refunds on deposits or packages. However, you can purchase travel insurance at a very low price in the event you are no longer able to attend.
All payments for Urban Cruise weekend are due 71 days before the first day of the event unless you choose the partial.ly payment plan option, or other arrangements are made and confirmed email to/from email@example.com
The earliest time you can board is 12:30 pm. You must board by 3 pm. If you are not on board by 3 pm you will need to contact Carnival’s travel hotline ( (877) 885-4856 ) by 2:45 pm in order to board. In that case, you will need to provide them with your booking number.
There is parking available at the port for a daily fee.
Room Changes (quad to triple, triple to double, name changes, etc…), incur a $150 change/cancellation fee. In the event that your package has to be adjusted (addition/loss of a roommate), it will be adjusted at the current package rates. We can not book your room until we know who all of your roommates are and their dates of birth.
Once Confirmations are emailed out, each guest is responsible for checking the accuracy of the information on the Carnival website, and requesting any changes/updates (i.e. spelling of the name(s), date(s) of birth, bed request(s), etc.).
If for any reason you account defaults, a $100 fee will be charged to reopen the plan.
Absolutely no roommate changes or trip transfers to other events will be accepted within 75 days of the cruise sale date. Each participant is responsible for keeping up with their own room payments.
Solo rooms are available, however, you will need to pay the price listed on the double.
Roommates can be found on our Facebook Page. We are not responsible for roommates, however, we will help you find a roommate. Choose the two-person interior room option, and email us immediately letting us know you need a roommate.
If the roommate you selected cancels, your rate will adjust to the revised (single person)rate or you can replace them. Any cancelations within 75 days of the event are your responsibility, however, we will try our hardest to help you replace them. If Urban Events Global matched you with a roommate, and that roommate cancels, we would try to replace the individual, or we would take responsibility for the cost (your cost will NOT change.)
All packages are non-refundable due to contractual obligations unless travel insurance is purchased. Travel Insurance is available for an additional cost per person. Refunds will not be provided due to a roommate’s cancellation. Trips can be transferred to another person for the existing trip only (request via email). It is your responsibility to find a replacement for your package and provide replacement information via email. We offer flexible partial payments as a courtesy as well.
